After starting the season with just 5 players, it was a rebuilding process for Leo and Courtnie with 7 players introduced. An unbeaten league campaign was coupled with the cup success in the Management Cup and Futsal Cup Inc. representing Shropshire in the Nationals.
New Players
Having lost a couple of players to RTC’s the coaches have moved to replace these players and keep the squad at 12.
Key Target for this season
Adapt towards the 9v9 game in preparation for the move to competitive football next season and maintain the success of last season.

Under 17 Girls
Performance Last Season
Finished 4thin the league that contains the likes of Derby, Leicester and Coventry in a season blighted with departures and injuries was extremely positive. Also, the Girls made it to the League Cup semi-final losing out narrowly to Derby in a game they dominated for large periods. The Quarter Final performance against Coventry was the standout performance sweeping them aside 3-0 in a confident and accomplished performance.
New Players
The squad welcomes the following players to the side:
Lottie Nutter (CB/CM from Shrewsbury Town), Amber Smith (RW/FWD from Shifnal Europeans), Lauren McCaffrey (AM/FWD from Albrighton)
Key Target for this season
Heading into the new season with real positivity from pre-season and a number of excellent performances in preseason. Adding 3 very good players who have fitted into the team well, meaning it’s possibly the strongest squad this group have had. The target for this season is to challenge for top spot and continue to impress in the cup competitions.
Under 18 Girls
Performance Last Season
It was a superb season for the group only missing out on the league by 3 points, losing 1 game all season which was to the eventual league winners. Positives from last season were that we only conceded 7 goals in 16 games and the fact a few of the girls made the step up to the ladies side.
New Players
With players leaving because they were too old for the age group, the coaches have had to try and replace them by bringing in 3 players to the squad. Leah a central midfielder has come in from TNS, Grace a central defender from Shifnal Town, and Charlie Payne. With the addition of these 3 players, I am confident they will make us stronger for next season.
Key Target for this season
This coming season will be the most difficult test for the girls as we are moving up to the Central Warwickshire Premier division where we will be facing teams like Leicester City and Derby County. These two teams took the league by storm last season with Derby winning all but one of their league games which was a draw against Leicester. Everyone in the squad knows the challenge ahead but after a strong pre-season together they hope to take points of these two clubs as well as beating the teams in and around us.
BOYS
Under 10 Boys
Performance Last Season
It was a solid learning curve for these Boys at Under 9s last season pitting themselves against solid opposition across a number of non-competitive fixtures.
New Players
The Under 10s Boys welcome William Mort, Aiden Bird, Callum Lauder and Bradley Evans to the squad as they begin their first season in the MJPL.
Key Target for this season
Most importantly have a group of players playing week in week out for the club and develop these players across the course of the season. Follow in the footsteps of last seasons Under 10s and have a good run in the competitive competitions.
