Dior Angus

Date of birth: 18 January 1994

Biography

Dior began his career in non-league with Solihull Moors and spent his formative years traversing the Midlands, with spells at several clubs, including Leamington and Kidderminster Harriers.

Dior’s most successful spell in terms of goal production came at Redditch United, which earned him a move to EFL side Port Vale,

Although he did play and score in the EFL for the Valiants, he spent much of his time on loan, first at Tamworth and then with Nuneaton Borough, a club his father Terry had also represented.

A further loan spell at Barrow became a permanent move in 2019, and in his first full season, his strike partnership with Scott Quigley fired the Bluebirds to the National League summit. The Covid pandemic left Barrow in limbo after the curtailment of the season, but they were to earn the title and promotion on the PPG (points per game) ruling.

Dior left Barrow at the end of the January 2021 transfer deadline and signed for Wrexham. Six goals in the remainder of the campaign were followed by a long spell sidelined through injury and illness, although Dior earned a contract extension in January 2022.

Another transfer window move came in September 2022, with Dior joining EFL side Harrogate Town. Further injuries limited his game time, and at the conclusion of the 2022/23 season, he joined Altrincham.

Following the conclusion of the 2023/24 season, Dior became the Bucks’ second new singing of the summer.
