Following additional donations arising from the Telford United Old Boys v Capgemini charity match earlier this week, the monies raised for the two charities Telford Mind and Telford Crisis Support has now passed the £1,000 mark and stands at a total of £1015.20. Additionally Telford Crisis Support collected the many generous food donations.
Thank you again to players of both teams, the stewards who all donated their time, the match officials who donated back their fees and of course the 350 spectators. Additionally the football club made a donation by donating floodlighting and staffing. The charity match was staged in partnership with Capgemini and everybody involved enjoyed a fantastic evening.
