We are delighted to confirm the signing of defender Jahdahn Fridye-Harper, who arrives at the club from Barwell FC.
Having given Barwell seven days’ notice of our wish to speak to Jahdahn, manager Kevin Wilkin was able to have discussions with him following the expiration of the notice period.
Those discussions have proven positive, and 27-year-old Jahdahn joins the Bucks on a deal for the remainder of the 2024/25 season. His registration has been completed with the Southern League, and Jahdahn, based in Leicester, will be eligible for selection for the fixture with Redditch United.
Asked about the qualities he believes Jahdahn can bring to the Bucks, Kevin Wilkin said:
“He’s a very strong, athletic boy who has slowly worked up the football pyramid. This is the highest level he’s played, but at 27 years old, I feel there’s a bit more progression in him, and so does he. He wants to further his career, and he will provide competition across the defensive line.”
Welcome to the Bucks, Jahdahn!
