- Football manager experience at this or a similar level.
- To manage, organise and deliver a competitive first team squad with players demonstrating energy, passion and a winning mentality.
- Highly motivated to take the club forward.
- A proven leader with excellent leadership skills and an understanding of how to foster good teamwork and discipline.
- Good communication and motivation skills.
- Excellent contacts in the football sector.
- Keep expenditure to the agreed playing budget.
- This post is a part time position.
- Salary dependent on experience.
