It’s a knockout week, with a trio of Bucks teams in FA Cup action.

Kicking things off, our boys under-18s headed across the border to face Hereford Pegasus under-18s in the first qualifying round of the FA Youth Cup.

We're thrilled to report that the young Bucks triumphed 2-1, with goals from Leo Ravai and Bartek Zielonka carrying them through to the next round.

We look forward to the draw for the next round and hope for a home tie as a reward; congratulations to all involved!

On Saturday, 19th September, it’s the men’s first team's turn, and Kevin Wilkin’s side will aim to take the first step towards Wembley, or at least a run deeper into the competition.

They are the only team in the trio drawn at home, facing Enterprise National League North rivals Worksop Town at the SEAH Stadium in a second qualifying round tie.

Kick-off is at 3 pm, and the admission details are below.

Ticket pricing.

  • Adults - £15.00

  • Concessions - £12 for those aged 65 and over

  • Aged under 16 - £5

  • Aged 12 and under - £1 NB one child for each accompanying paying adult

AFC Telford United Women complete our trio of Cup contenders as they seek to continue further into the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

They too are in second qualifying round action, hitting the road to face Coton Green Women on Sunday, 20th September.

If you’d like to give your backing to the team, their fixture kicks off at 2 pm, and admission is £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.

The Dave Henderson Memorial Stadium is located as follows:

It means a lot to us to see our teams proudly representing AFC Telford United in three premier domestic knockout competitions.

Can all three make it to the next round? We certainly hope so – the under-18s have set the standard – why not lend your support to the men’s first team and our women’s team over the weekend?
