A 2-1 victory over Spalding United at the SEAH Stadium extended the Bucks' unbeaten run to five matches and made it 13 points from a possible 15. The outcome pleased manager Kevin Wilkin; however, he still felt his side needed to start and end the game better.

“I think in almost every game, the lads have really given everything to the cause. I love it when they continue to show that bit of resolve and togetherness. We’re missing some big players again today, but the players are able to put their shoulders back, get on with it and not feel sorry for themselves in that situation. They deserve great credit for that. The boys have been brilliant. They’ve always gone out and had a right go. If we can continue in that vein and, as I say, improve our understanding in certain moments, hopefully we can come through games in a little more comfortable fashion.”
