The Bucks return to action on Saturday, 31st October, making a Halloween trip to Lancashire to face Southport FC at Haig Avenue in Enterprise National League North action, with a 3 pm kick-off scheduled.
After their midweek win at Hereford, Kevin Wilkin and his team will travel in good spirits, with more than a ghost of a chance of victory, aiming to keep Haig Avenue from becoming a graveyard for their ambitions.
OK, that’s enough Halloween puns; what do Bucks followers need to know for the journey? It’s all below…
Supporters travelling to back the Bucks are advised that away fans can choose between the uncovered Blowick Terrace behind the goal or seating in Block 6 of the Main Stand.
Southport FC recommends buying tickets in advance to minimise queues at the turnstiles and club shop.
Tickets are available online via Southport FC's ticketing platform, although supporters using online tickets may be asked to provide identification at the turnstile, i.e. as proof of age, to verify they hold an appropriate ticket.
Here is the Southport FC ticket portal.
Cash turnstiles and ticket purchases via the club shop will also be available on match day.
Turnstiles open from 1.30 pm.
Supporters should note the following guidance issued by Southport FC:
Wheelchair access and carer tickets can be arranged by contacting the club on 01704 533 422 or by emailing accounts@southportfc.net. A carer is admitted free when accompanying a disabled supporter with a valid disabled ticket.
Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult. This is a mandatory league requirement and cannot be waived.
Southport FC reserves the right to request proof of age from supporters aged 17 and under. Failure to provide suitable identification may result in entry being refused.
There is no supporter car park at Haig Avenue. Fans travelling by car are advised to use Haig Avenue and surrounding streets, be respectful of local residents, and ensure driveways are not blocked.
Supporters' coaches may drop passengers off on Haig Avenue, and drivers will be directed to a suitable parking location afterwards.
Vendors and the club shop will offer programmes priced at £3, and refreshment kiosks serving hot and cold drinks and hot food will be available to away supporters once the turnstiles open.
