A 2-1 victory at Southport FC extended the Bucks' unbeaten run to four matches, although despite the victory, manager Kevin Wilkin felt his team could have put the game beyond doubt much sooner, an area he feels they need to improve.
“You need to give yourself a cushion when you've been… I think we were pretty dominant with the ball and their goalie in either half has made some fantastic saves. You need that bit of a cushion so moments like that don't end up catching you out, and when you don't have it, you're obviously going to be on tenterhooks to the close of the game, and we were exactly that.”
