"Bucks Women head for Belper as FA Cup journey continues."

It’s a trip to Derbyshire this weekend for AFC Telford Women as they look to book a place in the third qualifying round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup. Standing in their way are East Midlands Regional League side Belper Town.

The Bucks head into the unknown against a side who also ply their trade at step 6 of the football pyramid. They progressed into the second qualifying round of the cup with a 4-0 victory over fellow Shropshire side Albrighton. Meanwhile the Bucks hit double figures against Newcastle Town.

Belper have had a mixed start to their league campaign with a defeat on the opening day but will be buoyed by victory last time out, a 5-2 win against Buxton. It was a point on the opening day for Telford as 8 goals were shared against newly promoted Hednesford Town.
