Join our Walking Football sessions to improve your health and make new friends.
It’s a great laugh and you don’t need to be that fit to join in. No running or sprinting allowed!
This is especially good for those with a lower physical activity lifestyle or those with low risk medical conditions that would benefit from a little exercise.
We meet every Monday morning at 10am to play on the artificial pitches at the SEAH Stadium.
