midfielder

Ellis Brown

Date of birth: 12 February 2003

Biography

Ellis, from Luton, arrived as a free agent at the Bucks in December 2023 after impressing Kevin Wilkin following a personal recommendation.

Ellis joined up with the Bucks for training and was soon offered terms.

A creative, left-sided midfielder or wing-back, Ellis spent time with Hamilton Academical in the Scottish Championship, having been signed by the Accies for an undisclosed fee from Boreham Wood in January 2022.

Ellis came through the Meadow Park academy and moved to Scotland. He attracted attention by playing for the Wood under-18s and under-19s, earning himself a trial at Derby County.

Ellis contributed a match-winning assist on his debut two days before Christmas. He made his first start at Halesowen Town on Boxing Day and quickly established himself as a potent provider for others from wide positions, scoring his first goal for the Bucks at Royston Town in February.

He agreed to terms for continuing his time at the club in the summer of 2024.
