Directions
The trick to finding the ground is to follow signs for the ‘Severn Valley Railway’ (lots of steam trains if you are into that sort of thing!), which is well signposted. The ground is just behind the station.
From Birmingham, Wolverhampton and North (M5)
Leave the M5 at Junction 3. Take the A456 towards Kidderminster. On entering the outskirts of Kidderminster, turn left at the traffic lights at the junction with the A449, by the Land Oak Public House. Turn right at the next lights and proceed towards the town centre, passing the Severn Valley Railway Station on your left. Turn left into Hoo Road which is just before the roundabout. The ground is up this road on the left.
From Worcester and South (M5) Exit M5 at junction 6 (signposted A449) and follow towards Kidderminster (approximately 15 miles). At first roundabout, take third exit (signposted A449, Kidderminster & Wolverhampton), then take first turning on left before railway bridge. Go down Hoo Road, over railway bridge, and Aggborough Stadium is on the right hand side.
Where is the best place to park?
Parking at the ground is extremely limited.
You can park at the Severn Valley Railway (10-minute walk) for £4 –
There are also 220+ parking spaces at Kidderminster Train Station for £3.
Street parking is limited around the ground – watch out for restrictions.
What is the nearest train station to the stadium?
Kidderminster train station is only half a mile/10-minute walk away from the stadium.
Away Pubs
There is a small social club on Hoo Road, that may let a small number of away fans in, there is a minimal charge to enter for non-members. The King & Castle is adjacent to Kidderminster train station so about a 10-minute walk away from the ground.
Weavers Real Ale House, on Comberton Hill (10-minute walk) is only a small pub and doesn’t serve lager.
In the town centre, you have Pennies, who also do food. The town centre is a good 15-20 minute walk away and uphill when you head to the ground.
What food and drink is available at the stadium?
The catering options are different since we last visited due to a change in suppliers. Food is now burgers and hot dogs etc, with hot and cold drinks also available. Those with allocated seating will have access to a bar area – open when the turnstiles do until KO and then at half time. Inside the ground is CASH ONLY.
Match Day Programme
Programmes are £3 and are on sale throughout the ground.
