AFC Telford United would like to update supporters on the live streaming of matches for the 2021/22 season.
Supporters should be aware that there will be NO live streaming of matches in the coming season.
If you see a link posted on social media from anyone other than the club advertising or promoting a live stream of the game, please be aware that this may be a scam.
The club accepts no responsibility should you try to access or pay for access to a live stream and find this to be fraudulent.
Live streaming was sanctioned by the National League last season as a response to the Coronavirus pandemic, to allow fans to watch games which were taking place behind closed doors.
The rules around public gatherings have now been relaxed in line with Government advice, although as you will be aware this can be subject to change, based on infection rates and other data.
With clubs at National League level now allowed to host supporters once more, live streaming is no longer available.
Live matches from the National League are available only through BT Sport.
In the event that the rules change and live streaming once again needs to be considered, the club will issue further communications at that time.
