We can confirm that Rhys Hilton will be heading out on loan to Harborough Town for an initial stay of twenty-eight days.
Rhys completed the necessary paperwork when he met up with the Bees for training on Thursday and his loan move was registered with the Southern League in time for him to be available for today’s Harborough fixture at St Ives Town.
It’s a move that Kevin Wilkin hopes can benefit all involved:
“Since Rhys has come in, the thing missing from his game is that ability to play at a sustained level of physical intensity. He has worked, and it has improved over a period, but clearly, a lack of games alongside that hasn’t helped him. I think he’s aware that’s what he needs to go and find within his game, and if a month away initially is going to help him, then it should work well for both parties.”
We wish Rhys well for his loan to the Bees – go well, Rhys.
